When you submit the inquiry form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, optional phone number, project city, role, desired finish, scope, timing, budget range, and message.

Why we collect it

We use these details to review your project and contact you about scope, samples, and a possible consultation. Submitting the form does not sign you up for a marketing list.

Where it is stored

Inquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database. The hosting provider processes the information needed to operate the website. Project details and related email correspondence are also saved in local business records on Marco’s Mac. Elias, our automated assistant, uses our existing email account and Hermes service to acknowledge inquiries and collect project details. Pricing, commitments, and appointments require Marco’s review. Reply to the email to continue the conversation or ask us to stop contacting you.

What to leave out

Please don’t include payment-card details, passwords, identification documents, or sensitive personal information. The form does not take payments.

Questions or changes

To ask about an inquiry, submit the project form with the same email address and your request in the message field. We may need to verify your identity before changing or removing information.

Third-party content

Project credits link to external websites, which have their own privacy practices. This website does not use advertising trackers or a mailing-list signup.
